Know Pat Taylor
Since starting her career in real estate many years ago little else now rivals Pat Taylor's enthusiasm and commitment to the real estate profession. Pat moved to Lake Jackson from east Texas over 50 years ago where she attended Stephen F. Austin State University majoring in art and design and later received certification from Texas A & M University as a Texas Master Florist. Pat owned an area florist and gift shop for five years and then worked in real estate sales and marketing for two local homebuilders. This is when she really established goals for a career in real estate.
After owning her own national franchise real estate company in Lake Jackson for six years she made a commitment to return to the role of a working listing & selling real estate agent. She wanted to do what she does best. Listing and Selling real estate !
Pat understands that buying and selling real estate can be stressful. If you are buying, she will work hard to provide you with the bet information and market data to update and assist you, so you can be a well-informed Buyer with a strong negotiating position. If you are selling, she will work with you to get a fair price in the least amount of time with superior marketing skills. As a full time REALTOR, she will work hard to lower your stress level and make your real estate experience as pleasurable as possible. She will accomplish this through good personal communication and by being accessible.
